Soda Art, cans of all types worked in a way to give textured surfaces to the sculptures and objects made. The works reflect light and cast shadows. They are an attempt to make art from discarded waste materials collected from local beaches and bins. Decoration with social comment. Millions of millions of tons of waste material are dumped every year on land and at sea, this is an unsustainable yet reversible practice.

Errol Sari ...
"My work is at present focused on sculptural pieces. I try to use recycled matter as far as possible and spend part of my time, especially in the warmer months, collecting material. Currently working with aluminum and light. The process of producing the pieces is very physical and I find it cathartic and challenging in equal measure.
Some of my work I see as decorative and others as decoration with social comment..... artists occupy a privileged position in society, and this I believe brings with it social responsibility".
“Art is not a mirror held up to reality
but a hammer with which to shape it.”
